1 to 2 years as an Admin or Secretary in a Medical Office Setting
High school Diploma/GED

Job Duties:
Performs office duties including scheduling patients for appointments, typing, faxing, scanning, filing, answering phones, and making copies. Greets, assists, and directs patients, visitors, and other Hospital callers. Completes all check-ins and wellness billing. Demonstrates working knowledge of insurance and/or third party pay or reimbursement procedures. May be involved in the supervision and education of high school and college students. May perform other duties as assigned.
