Job Description

Automotive Finance ManagerHunter Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. We're looking for a finance professional who understands automotive lending, enjoys working with customers, and knows how to balance customer needs with dealership profitability and compliance.In this role, you'll help customers navigate the financing process, present protection products, work with lenders, and partner with the sales team to ensure each transaction is completed accurately and professionally.What You'll DoGuide customers through the vehicle financing and purchase process.Present financing options, protection products, extended service contracts, and other F&I products.Work with lenders and financial institutions to secure appropriate financing options.Structure and review deals while supporting dealership profitability.Prepare and review contracts and financial documents for accuracy and compliance.Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.Stay informed about lender programs, finance products, compliance requirements, and industry practices.Customer ExperienceBuild trust and establish professional relationships with customers.Clearly explain financing terms, payment options, and available protection products.Answer customer questions and make sure customers understand their financing and purchase agreements.Provide a smooth, professional experience throughout the finance process.Team Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants throughout the vehicle sales process.Provide guidance and support to the sales team regarding finance processes and products.Coach and mentor team members on F&I procedures, compliance, and best practices.Monitor results and identify opportunities to improve department performance.Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-focused environment.What We're Looking ForPrevious automotive Finance & Insurance experience required.Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, and F&I products.Understanding of automotive finance regulations and documentation requirements.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.Leadership and coaching skills.Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.F&I certifications are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive CompensationMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysWellness ProgramEmployee DiscountsCareer Growth OpportunitiesTraining & Professional DevelopmentSupportive Leadership TeamPositive, Team-Oriented Work EnvironmentEmployee Events & CelebrationsWhy Hunter Automotive Group?Hunter Automotive Group is a fourth-generation, family-owned company that has proudly served Western North Carolina since 1940.
