To support full-cycle recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Healthcare Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for both clinical and administrative positions while collaborating with hiring leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment from candidate engagement to onboarding handoff Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and clarify position requirements Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive candidates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, particularly for hard-to-fill clinical and non-clinical positions Experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing methods and working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
