Role Overview

Apply your procurement expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems for procurement work. You will create realistic, expert-level tasks and evaluation materials that reflect how sophisticated sourcing, supplier assessment, bid analysis, and contract decisions are made in practice. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and author complex procurement tasks, including RFP drafting, bid evaluation, supplier scoring, and contract-negotiation scenarios.
• Source, create, and format realistic procurement artifacts, including supplier quotations, specification sheets, pricing tables, and technical documentation presented in varied and inconsistent formats.
• Develop defensible sourcing recommendations with clear, well-reasoned justifications.
• Create comprehensive grading rubrics for evaluating AI performance in vendor comparison, contract reasoning, and bid analysis.
• Ensure tasks represent detailed procurement challenges in specialized categories such as IT, industrial, and professional services.
• Clearly communicate procurement challenges, task context, and evaluation standards in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with the project team to review, refine, and validate tasks and rubrics for quality and relevance.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of corporate or public-sector procurement experience, including direct responsibility for supplier analysis, bid matrices, and contract negotiation.
• Experience analyzing non-standardized vendor submissions and creating detailed comparison matrices.
• Deep category knowledge in IT, industrial, or professional-services procurement.
• Exceptional written English and the ability to create technical procurement documentation and explain contract rationale.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, regulatory frameworks, and supplier-evaluation methods.
• Experience creating or assessing complex procurement scenarios or benchmarks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and commitment to high-quality work in demanding technical settings.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
